Directory Verification, October 2026: FDA Warning-Letter Notices and 4 Offline Listings

Listings now show public FDA warning letters, with scores capped while a letter is open. Royal Peptides and Peptide Partners carry the first notices; four offline listings were marked and one supplier noted as not taking orders.

We ran another verification pass over the directory this month, checking every linked supplier website again. The biggest change is not a cleanup. It is a new kind of information on listings: public FDA warning letters.

New: FDA warning letters on supplier listings

When the FDA sends a listed supplier a warning letter, the listing now shows a notice that links straight to the letter on fda.gov, and the directory shows an "FDA warning letter" tag next to the supplier's name.

While a letter is open, the supplier's confidence score is capped. How far depends on what we find when we check the pages the FDA cited:

  • If the cited claims are still live, the score is capped at 60 (Low).
  • If the cited claims have been removed, the cap is higher, at 75 (Medium), because the supplier has responded to the letter even if the matter is not closed.
  • When the FDA posts a close-out letter, the cap and the tag are removed. The notice stays, updated to say the issues were addressed, so buyers can still see the history.

A warning letter is not a court ruling, and every notice says so. It is a public record from the regulator, and buyers deserve to see it next to the supplier rather than having to search for it.

The first two notices

Two of the five companies in the FDA's August 2026 warning-letter wave are listed in the directory:

  • Royal Peptides: pages cited in the letter, including weight-loss content, were still live when we checked on October 14. Score capped at 60.
  • Peptide Partners: the health claims quoted in the letter appear to have been removed, though the products named in the letter are still sold. Score capped at 75.

Offline: 4 listings

LiveWell Peptides, OZPTides, Liyu Daily, and AussieBio Labs no longer have working websites (the domain no longer resolves, the site deployment is gone, the hosting has expired, or the hosting is suspended). They are marked Site Not Live and will be removed if they are still down at the next check.

Not taking orders: Champion Peptides

Champion Peptides' website says it is temporarily unable to take orders because of a payment processing issue. The listing now says so, and its score is unchanged while this looks temporary.

What happens next

We check new FDA warning letters against the directory regularly, so future notices go up soon after a letter is posted. Represent a listed supplier and have an FDA close-out letter, or spotted something stale? Contact us.
