What does a Verified Listing include?
Verified access gives the business owner a portal to manage the company profile and record the products, order sizes, and markets wanted for buyer-inquiry matching. It also includes ownership and supporting-document review with priority handling within 24 hours. The public verified badge is added only after the listing passes review.
Does a Verified Listing guarantee buyer leads?
No. Buyer demand varies and we do not guarantee a number of inquiries or sales. Your matching preferences help us identify you when an inbound request fits your products, order sizes, and markets.
Why does the Verified Listing cost $99?
Suppliers in the peptide space change frequently — new names, new websites, regulatory actions, or they simply disappear. Keeping the directory accurate requires ongoing monitoring that a one-time free submission doesn't cover. The $99 covers 24-hour priority review, ownership verification, profile management for 12 months, and the review process that keeps the directory reliable. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
My company is already listed. How do I claim it?
Open your company's directory profile and choose Claim This Listing. That connects the payment and portal account to the existing profile.
Does payment make the listing verified immediately?
No. Payment opens the owner portal immediately and covers 12 months. The listing remains pending while we review ownership and the submitted company details. No subscription and no auto-renewal.
Can I update a free listing?
Free listings are reviewed by hand, oldest first, and usually go live within 4 weeks. If you need faster review or future updates, upgrade to a Verified Listing for 24-hour priority review, portal access, ownership control, and ongoing edits.
How is sponsored placement different from verification?
Verification concerns ownership, listing quality, and priority on inbound buyer leads. Sponsored placement is separate paid visibility, such as a reserved or pinned position on a defined directory page; it does not bypass review.
What if I manage more than one company or location?

How do I request that a listing be removed?
