The facility is equipped with a core cluster of solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) reactors totaling 600 L (100 L, 200 L, and 300 L configurations), supporting production campaigns over 10 kilograms. It includes automated fluid handling, high-purity inert gas protection, two integrated cleavage systems, high-speed centrifuges, and 12-tray drying ovens.

The plant is zoned under Grade D and Class C cleanroom standards. Class C areas handle critical downstream steps including purification, lyophilization, and packaging. Beyond conventional SPPS, PharmaBlock's platform integrates LPPS (liquid-phase peptide synthesis), CF-LPPS (continuous-flow LPPS), and enzyme-assisted peptide synthesis (EAPS).
