TB-500 Suppliers

TB-500, also known as Thymosin Beta-4 fragment (LKKTETQ), is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring actin-sequestering protein thymosin beta-4 consisting of 7 amino acids. TB-500 promotes endothelial cell migration and angiogenesis through binding to actin monomers, modulating the actin cytoskeleton to support cell migration and tissue repair processes. Research applications include cell migration, angiogenesis, wound healing, and dermal repair in preclinical models. Thymosin Beta-4 has received FDA Orphan Drug Designation for specific indications including Duchenne muscular dystrophy and acute myocardial infarction. TB-500 was among the 12 peptides removed from FDA Category 2 restriction in April 2026, with PCAC review for Bulks List eligibility beginning July 2026.
